#2. Telephone books (delivered unless by request). Yellow Pages, white pages, those crappy Thomson ones, whatever. Stop piling up half a tree's worth of useless reference lists in my halway every other month, that no-one even bothers to carry up to their flat, and if they do, it sits untouched until the next one gets delivered.
