1) What counts as walking distance? I'd say anything up to about 40 minutes but then I like walking. Maybe I'm coming at this the wrong way- is it just a matter of how long it takes to walk somewhere or do you have some other way of looking at it?

2) What attire do you think of when you hear smart casual? It's probably my least favourite clothing expression ever. I tend to think polo shirts, plain jumper over a plain tee, any trousers that aren't jeans, any footwear that isn't trainers/flip-flops/sandals but others seem to have very different ideas.

I'm sure these have both been asked here before, but whatever.
