I coat it in whole grain Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and splashes of Worcester Sauce while heating a pan to fuck-the-world degrees centigrade. 2 minutes on each side and no fucking about with it while it's in the pan. It stands for 2 minutes then it disappears into my face.
