walking up kensington chruch st today, pretty much every conversation that passed seemed to be in french..

is this, like...a thing...is it well known for pulling in the french or having a big french community?...or was it just coincidence?...or do they just all flock coz it's fancy and the french are fancy? like a french fancy.
