My housemates are close to fisticuffs due to milk disagreements. We have a milk rota.

I have one bowl of cereals every three or four days. A couple of the others have one every morning.

Two others have regular cereals throughout the day, intermittently.

Understandably, the lesser regular ones are getting pissed off that there isn't any left for their morningly one due to the serious guzzlers. One in particular is ready to make argument tonight.

I'm almost the mediator. Give me some solutions to stop there being tears before bedtime in my house. You're all very reasonable people, and I just couldn't think of anyone else to come to. Please. Help.
