is anyone as excited about the impending snowy spell as me? I must admit I'm a bit concerned we won't see a great deal of the white stuff here in God's country (the north-west) but most areas are set for the earliest significant snowfall in 17 years apparently:

I managed to wangle two days off work thanks to snow last year so anything above that will do for me this time. It's not as if I do much on snowy days, just tend to venture to the nearest open pub and stare out of the window with one eye on a newspaper. Great time of year though. I still have some pictures I took during the snowfall last year, I'll have to up them at some point.

p.s. I'm 24 years old.
