I despair at anyone who puts them in standing up, this method is:
a) Dangerous as your hands can get pricked by pointy knives and forks.
b) Unhygeinic as you have to pick them up by the part that goes in your mouth. Cutlery has handles for a reason.
c) Just generally borderline psychopathic.
