i was reading something today and the thought occured to me why do people call computer games video games? there is no video involved and as far as im aware never has. i have never used this term, i call them computer games,ever since i had my zx speccy, always have, and i can get that. its a game on a computer. but video game? i cant say it bothers me, ive always accepted the term but never thought as to why it even exists? until today? can anyone shed some light? am i being a massive spaz? haha im thinking the latter
