So it's been a while, don't know what these parts are like nowadays, but thought someone on here might know.

Should directors of an organisation be allowed to read employees 1:1s with their managers whenever they wish? (As in they have open access to where they are stored)

I'm stuck about whether to go all apeshit on this or not.
