don't understand how to use voice mail.
The amount of voice mail I get of someone either breathing and hanging up, just hanging up OR saying "Hello?.......HELLO?" then hanging up, is ridiculous. I never get voice mail of someone actually leaving a message.
What gets me is that they will have sat through the whole "this is the voice mail answering service for *insert number here*, this person is not available at the moment, please leave your message after the tone. BEEP" and THEN hang up....just....how?
