I've had no inclination to smoke today. It got to about 6pm and I had one anyway because it was oddly unnerving to not smoke. Then I had a second one about half an hour ago, which I wanted even less. This has really brought home to me how my addiction is now as much one of habit as craving/withdrawal etc.

Generally I smoke about ten a day, or just under. Depends on whether I'm drinking in the evening or not obviously. Been smoking for six years now, I think. You?
