Does anyone remember/know anything about this show?

It was a series of short films interspliced with music videos and a repeated image of a beagles head flashing on screen as an indent.I think it was on Channel 4 or perhaps Bravo or something. Was post-pub viewing around the time I started going out to the pub/ using drugs etc. and was probably quite a sculpting influence on the development of my subsequent cultural tastes. I cant find anything about it on the internet, doesn't seem to exisit on DVD and most people I ask don't seem to remember it.

About 90%sure I haven't just imagined the entire thing. Can anyone help??
