Ups:
- I found my ipod after it being missing for 2 weeks
- I had a really nice sausage roll yesterday
- My hair looks nice
- All my christmas shopping is wrapped up and done

Downs:
- A tramp spat on my suitcase yesterday (the 2nd time i've been spat at in Nottingham)
- A lady on the train ruined the results of the apprentice final and then got the hump because I said "fucking hell, thanks for ruining that for me)
- My lips are really really dry and chapped
- I forgot to put something in the post for work and now i'm gonna be in trouble
- I won't see someone nice for another week and a half. boo!
