"We are looking 2 new housemates to move into our flat by the end of March > we have 2 lovely rooms to fill!

Location: Ideally located within minutes from Tower Hill tube and DLR stations; 15 mins walk to Liverpool Street and Bank; 20 mins walk from London Bridge and 45 to the city centre.

The flat: Part of an ex local authority block, privately owned and furnished to a really high standard inside. One bathroom with a shower (no bath) and toilet. 4 bedrooms split over two levels, big outside balcony and brand new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. The flat is on the second (and top) floor of the building.

About the current flat mates: Two creative professional individuals, 24 male and 25 female. We’re both social and friendly, into art, film, music, TV, lit, and drinking. We're also tidy, respectful, enjoy having some quiet nights in during the week, partying on the weekend and like keeping our awesome flat nice!

Room 1 £370: Small and cozy (as you might expect from somewhere so cheap yet so central), but it has a double bed, carpet, in-built wardrobe, window and small desk. Space for a small shelving unit.

Room 2 £450: Large and spacious, queen sized bed, small couch, big double windows, laminate floors. Space for own shelves, wardrobe and desk.

Rent is paid on the 1st of each month. Bills not included in rental price (budget for council tax, quarterly gas/electricity, monthly broadband and water). This comes to approx £50-60 per month.

The area: Closest supermarket is Waitrose, St Katharine Docks, but also close by are two Tesco Metro stores and a Somerfield. We're a short (15 min) walk to the great bars, restaurants, clubs of Brick Lane/Shoreditch. The area is safe and completely fine for walking/stumbling around at night. We're really close to Aldgate bus station, where you get buses all the way up to Wood Green and all the way down to Denmark Hill. The East London line runs from two stations that are both within a 15-20 minute walk (Shadwell and Wapping). The closest gym is Fitness First next to St Katherine Docks.

Please have a job, be tidy, chilled out and fun to be around, pet-less, good at paying bills on time and happy not to smoke in the house (there's a balcony for that). Age isn't massively important but ideally around 21-30.

You will need to be able to move in by 31st March / 1st April and have your bond (one month rent), first month rent along with two references (one from your previous landlord and another from your work). These are strict requirements from our land lord/real estate agent and they will be handling that process not us personally.
