Is it just me or are teenagers and toddlers into the same fashion these days?

I see 15 year olds and 3 year olds walking down opposite sides of the street wearing the same thing.

I'm beginning to wonder what the world is coming to and what the marketing fat cats at Nintendo and Sesame Street are doing to capture both of these markets in such an invigorating way
