I've gone 5 days without a drop and never finding myself lying in bed unable to sleep and feel more relaxed in general as well as focused, though I still have a headache and at times total lack of concentration, the feeling something is missing & get grumpy *having quit smoking I can tell these are withdrawal symptoms* anyway's why I ask if anyone has quit is because I wan't to know the following:

A) How long before the symptoms go away
B) What benefits did you feel from quitting?
C) Is it worth quitting all together?
