Has this ever happened to you?

I'm flying soon and I'm going to try my hardest to charm the gate woman to getting me on there. I've read that by mentioning the dreadful flight you've just had with another airline and saying how weary it made you, it often works.

That'd be the ultimate victory wouldn't it?
