So:

- the sun comes out
- girls think "woohoo! the sun's come out! Time to walk around town in a strappy top and shorts and no tights". no complaints thus far.
- the sun goes back in again; cold weather comes in from the east
- girls think "oh well, I'll dress in the same clothes as I would have worn when it was sunny. Granted, I'll be on the verge of hypothermia but hey - i'm not going to retreat back to wearing winter clothes". Erm... huh? What is the thinking behind this?
