Ferrell is only in it for 3 eps, Ricky wont want to do it, Romano has his own show at the moment and Arnett has just signed on for a new show which leaves Spader or Tate as realistic options. I really hope they just promote one of the other cast members if those are the choices, I think Daryl is probably the best option although i keep hearing Kelly's name being thrown into the mix.
