I might be going back to university next September.

At UCLAN, it's a course I'm restarting after an 18-month break due to illness so no problems about knowing the place. I live in Preston as well.

But I'm going to be a bit older than most of the other students, and I need to find some way of avoiding a catch 22 of being old before my time and tutting at everyone (I'm worried about risking this with music), or trying too hard to make friends and falling back into a circle of teenage angst (which didn't pay off very well for me)

So, DISers, what do YOU think?
