I woke up at twenty past six

the building site right outside my house starts work earlier every day. Not even just moving stuff around and clanging and stuff. Drilling and rumbling about 4 metres from my bedrooom. Should I complain to my housing company about it and get rent reduced?

What are you meant to do in a situation like this? I mean I go to bed pretty late but they can't just decide I'm getting up at 6am. It's during the day too so it means I can't study at home. Ever.
