Because the interviewers asked him a question from a viewer "why AV rather than PR?"
He totally ignored the question and just used the opportunity to say what he wanted to........again later PR was asked about('countries that have adoped AV have never gone on to have proper PR'), again he totally failed to mention it at all......I hate him and his utter disrespect for others POV or what others might have as doubts, how dare he? he is a f****** hopeless diplomat
