whats the point of DiS banning users if it's never followed up?

Grow a pair of cahoonies mods of dis or don't ban them in the first place... the point of banning is to remove trouble users not just to flex your dick about and cause drama threads. Also everyone asks why they've been banned, suggesting lack of warnings & in most cases the stuff that causes the ban is at times understandable but never bad enough to warrant instant banning (of course they could all be lying about not getting warnings) but it appears you are using the ban a warning.... that's the only reason I can see you mods there letting people sign up with new usernames and not banning them once they've been identified.
