There is a boy I see who bumbles everywhere. I've never seen him for longer than two minutes at a time. Noone else I know can confirm who he is. For example, yesterday I saw him ride into the library on his bike, chain up his bike, bumble into the library cafe, bumble out of the library cafe and ride off on his bike. All in under two minutes.

Do you just say 'I've noticed you around'? Can a relationship built on vague stalking ever transcend creepiness? Or should you just stick to meeting people on buses etc etcettcdetc
