Making charity well trendy.

Anybody buy into this stuff? Some of the products seem quite lovely and are sold for (partically) a good cause. I just find it strange that companies such as Nike have backed it. Of course, Bono is involved any chance he can get but I was just wondering what other people thought of it/had any doubts about its legitimacy etc.
