Okay, so

Ive been renting for 10 months a house in the City Centre of Belfast.

Out the back is full to the brim with shit and old furniture. I sorted the house myself when we moved in as i got the rent down £50 a month if i done the clearing/cleaning myself.

The landlord promised to move all the stuff from the back yard when i moved in. 10 months on and its still not cleared. I contact my etstate agent all the time about it and keep getting told it will be sorted.

Our cooker is dangerous. The cooker part doesnt really work actually. But when we use the grill the whole house fills with a gas smell.. and we have to open windows. My Estate Agent and landlord know this.

For a couple of weeks now ive been on his back. Someone came and checked the cooker and we were told its dangerous. I text my agent and told him exactly this and asked could we get another.

he hasnt been in contact with me since. im due to pay rent but i dont think im going to lodge it in his account until he gets back to me. Ive rang and text a lot this past week and he isnt getting back to me.

what would you do? im at a loss as to what to do.

Ive moved 10 times in 4 years. I really didnt want to have to move again. Ive asked my agent is it the landlord thats causing the problems. The landlord is even letting someone park right outside my house and charging them monthly for it. WE RENT THE FUCKING HOUSE - PARKING INCLUDED.

?!
