I have the subscription where you pay 5 pounds a month straight from your bank, but I looked online earlier and the only way I could find to stop it was ringing their customer services. I rang them and was on hold for about 20 minutes so I gave up.

Am I being stupid or is there no easy way of doing it online or from the xbox or anything? It seems strange that you can't just click end subscription or remove your card details or anything.
