i need to write about a civil war or crisis situation and its legal consequences. i don't have loads of time to do it though.

anyone know anything about maybe...how countries have punished the losers in the aftermath, reconciliation, new constitutions, new legislation...

was thinking of doing something about the weimar republic. think english civil war just has too many legal consequences for me to start. don't know much about american history but the reconstruction amendments might be interesting but maybe too much work. or maybe a comparison of the finnish civil war with the german "revolution," and civil unrest..

suuuuch a broad topic. i mean he said we could do an assasination or 9/11 or something. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. help.
