I've got a samsung galaxy iphone rip-off which I've had for a month or so. It has previously worked fine.

Today it's telling me 'Emergency Call only' despite clearly having reception and it is refusing to send texts.

I'm on O2 and other people have got plenty of reception.

The internet and email are working fine on the phone.

I've turned it off and on again, I've taken the simcard out and replace it, all to no avail.

If I can't get it to work who should I call? O2? Carphone Warhouse? Batman?

I'm cross and feeling lost. Any help appreciated.
