wanna see kanye this summer, and he's playing 3 festivals in Scandinavia so thinking of combining a holiday with that

oya festival in oslo, way out west in gothenburg, and flow festival in helsinki - generally where's the best/nicest/cheapest?

but more specifically how do i find cheap accommodation anywhere? anyone know if i could possibly find a twin room in any of these places for somewhere between £125-£175 for a week? tried hostel world / all the usual price comparison sites but they all look booked up and/or really expensive
