Well when there's some delicious streetfood to be had of the scoop-from-a-heated-tray variety, when the vendor's really chatty and friendly but basically gives you a whole lotta sauce with hardly ANY of the actual meat. I mean obvs he's got to make it last, but I can't help assuming he's thinking "This one looks a bit of a mug - I'll just give him sauce".
