Letters from TV Licencing are hilarious

Cementimental [Edit] [Delete] 14:23, 25 May '11

I guess most of you guys pay your license so don't get them, you're really missing out. They're one step up from Nigerian email scam stuff. Fake 'legal' letters (not even addressed to a person but to the 'legal occupier') written up like they're taking you to court tomorrow and kindly letting you know that you have the right to take this letter into the court with you. Punchline - 'Do not write below this line' on a letter which isn't even a form and doesn't ask you to return it to anyone at all.

If I started writing threatening pseudo-legal letters to random addresses made up to look like a government authority and demanding they buy my product I somehow don't think I'd not get very far but if you're a dept of the BBC it's ok.
