It's a story i've heard a few times...which makes my vague attempt at remembering the pieces even more stupid.

I THINK the story involves: An actor, a train and a copy of a book/script. It may have been signed or there was some sort of message inside. Anthony Hopkins involved maybe??? Think there is some kind of eureka moment or coincidence with the person who found the book...or that all could be rubbish.
