What?

They seem to be quite widely marketed for something which as far as I can tell has a pretty limited appeal. Has anyone actually ever used these for what is presumably their intended purpose?

College used to give out peppermint ones which allowed your little chap to Hulk up (looked rather splendid, as I remember) but other than that...
