it is actually about Paris though.

i'm going to go to Paris again, but havent been for a few years so i've forgotten what to do when i get there. where should i:

stay
go
eat
etc.

all the usual touristy bases should be covered, i'm more on the look out for finding somewhere central to stay that isnt extortionate. last time i stayed in the/le/la Marais which i liked. whats the bit over the river from there like (latin quater?) to stay in? i want some nice breakfast establishments too please.
