trying to find a place to stay in gothenburg in august and cos of a festival all the hostels are booked up and i cant find any hotels within my budget

contacted a couple of decent, well-priced places on there but had no reply from either. even processed the money to one but had no response and now his listing's disappeared

dont really know what feedback im expecting or just it being down to a person-by-person basis like ebay or something
