Hi - every morning at 7.47, without fail, a Lollipop man wonders up the lane, looks over both shoulders, then takes a wee over a green wheelie bin. Not behind the bin mind, all over it. He then pulls out a pre rolled ciggy from his back pocket and smokes that shit at breakneck speed.

This occurrence happens every week day, without fail.
