and suddenly something weird happened. I had my last drag, looked at the end and threw it to the floor before saying "oh fuck this". I then wandered around for a few minutes, found a pharmacy and booked myself in for a quitting smoking appointment after work. I'm not quite sure what brought this on all of a sudden, but heh.
