One of these will be made a city at the Queen's Diamond Jubillee next year. For the sake of argument, I would give it to Chelmsford, because it has a cathederal and their football club are already ambitiously called Chelmsford City (don't know why). But there's not one of these that wouldn't be mildly ridiculous.
