Still tired from Glastonbury and I want to make something tasty for mine and gf's tea tonight - but not too long. Maybe something with noodles. Got an innovative and exciting stir fry recipe?

Ingredients are no real option as I live near an amazing ethnic food store. I kind of want something that I've never done before, obviously you don't know what I've made before, but something a bit different if you know what I mean.
