I keep getting twinges in my chest around my heart area :/

nothing painful but just enough to register on my consciousness.

plus i get occasional pins and needles on my face (just on one side).

I have been under quite a lot of stress at work recently. Other than that, I'm in good health.

MTFU, it's probably just heartburn? Or get on the phone to the doctor asap?
