Its the wine and spirit group. Like most APPGs, I doubt they do very much. Meet 2-4 times a year and hold rare events and parliamentary receptions.

Quoting from the link:

Purpose. To promote and inform on the economic and commercial benefits of the UK wine trade; to inform and stimulate debate on issues of relevance to the trade and to consumers; and to introduce parliamentarians to members of the trade from their constituencies.

The Wine and Spirit Trade Association acts as the group’s secretariat and also sources wine for the group’s tastings and covers the cost of corkage and refreshments for larger receptions.
