the point at which stupidity/naivety becomes cute

CrispinAlexander [Edit] [Delete] 22:26, 2 July '11

had a friend when i was about 12 (he was the same age) who gave his mother a mars bar with 50p sellotaped to it for mothers day. he was a very spoiled rich kid, so the fact that he had absolutely no concept of the value of money by age 12 came as little surprise. i laughed in his face, but secretly thought it was a cute gesture.

another friend recently told me that his friend believed that the phrase "jumping the shark" meant the peak of of a tv show, not the lowest point. i got thinking about it and realised what an amazing misunderstanding that is, because his thought process was probably "fonzy jumped over a SHARK? well that sounds amazing"

your turn
