I also like a good pavlova. Raspebrry is the classic topping, but I'd encourage you to try kiwi, pomegranate and light whipped cream. Top tip- do not open your oven door, even for a sneaky peak, until the meringue has cooled right down. Walk awaym, go out for the daym, do not give into temtpatoin or else it will collapse and you'll have to make eton mess, which is a quite simply an abominable waste of good ingredients.
