problem: youtube videos wont play in firefox.

what i've already done: un-installed and re-installed everything you'd think would have anything to do with this. checked all the flash and youtube help pages, which just tell me to do what i've already done.

some other info: youtube videos work in crome and explorer. this problem is only in firefox.

what i need: help from you.
