What happens at 'final round' interviews?

First round - two 20 minute interviews where we did all the obvious stengths, weaknesses, what you want from the job, where you see yourself in 5 years etc....

Second round - Excel test, Another interview mostly identical to the other 2 but with someone else

Final Round - 'two 30 minute interviews' consisting of....?

Every other job I've had I got on the first interview. Well outside my comfort zone. HELP ME DIS.
