It's made me really sad all of a sudden, these photos, she's on holiday and looks very happy (pretty sure she's with her bf, tried my hardest not to look at that bit) and I'm happy for her. I hate that, I feel gutted and I'm not even bothered about her at all anymore, just the fact that it looks like she's got everything we could have had or something. I don't know.. Facebook's a cunt, it just SPRINGS this shit on you. :(

Can anyone else relate to this?

My actual question is, what do you do to keep your spirits up high when something hits you like a ton of bricks like this? I don't want to see my friends 'cause I don't want them to know this has bothered me, 'cause they'll think I'm still into her which I'm absolutley not. Or bum anyone out with my depressing chat :/
