Working on reception right now, and two women/girls who are inspecting the flats that students have just left came up to me and we did some amdinistrative stuff (lads?). They were about 22. So yeah anyway i didn't know something so rang up someone else and explained that the situation. I started this off with ``i have two women here..``. They both sort of tittered, and i realised that it sounded sort of weird cos 22 is quite young really and people tend to think of women as being late 20's and over.

So dis, WHEN SHOULD YOU START CALLING GIRLS WOMEN. And boys men i suppose this also applies although it didnt in my situation because they weren't men or if they were it was quite unnerving because i found them quite attractive.
