Trying to distance himself with a do-gooding trip to Africa (making amends for his support for apartheid) was a remarkably badly judged PR move, and things just look worse and worse for him by the day. I reckon he'll be gone by the end of August.
Who do you think the Tories will line up as a replacement? Seems likely it's be someone further to the right than Cameron as they won't have to pander to the centre ground.
