Runners

and people who jog.

I am in training for a half marathon in September, but have not run for around 10 days due to a heavy cold. The worst of the cold has gone, but i still have a fairly chesty cough and blocked and runny nose. Please advise whether going for a bit of a run will kill me, or make me feel better or somewhere in between as I could do with picking it up again. Any advice about getting rid of chesty coughs will also be appreciated.

Kind Regards.

(just posted this in the music board by mistake - think i may have got away with it though...)
